It's that time of year again...

Today is the day!! We officially have a 1st, 3rd and 4th grader this year! Last week we stopped in at school to meet their teachers (who all seem wonderful) and drop off their school supplies and today they hopped on that big bus and headed off to what i'm hoping turns into a wonderful day for all of them!!! Here are a few pictures from this morning before they left....

A few birthday's and a weekend of family fun....

On friday we celebrated Den's 35th birthday with a wonderful dinner at Chef's followed by some yummy cake!! Happy Birthday to my sweet hubby...I hope this is the beginning to another fantastic year together!

Saturday we surprised the kids with a ride on the Arcade & Attic Rail Road!! The girls had a great time and Evan was truly in his element! He just LOVES trains!! Here are a few photos of some of the fun we had! :-)

And yesterday, we had a great family day! Spent the morning at Fantasy Island with the kiddos and then had a great dinner at Cheesecake Factory! Dinner was awesome and just being together was even better!

Overall we had a pretty amazing weekend!

Our little man!!!

I've been rather anxious to meet our new lil guy and couldn't resist a sneak peek at him! So, Den and I decided to have a 3d/4d ultrasound done and take the girls with us to "meet" their little brother. It was so exciting to get an early peek at him...he looks so much like this big brother and sisters. Here are a few pics we were able to get!

A new beginning...

I know, as usual I'm a bit behind in my blogging so trying to play catch up the best I can!

July 8th we were able to celebrate with Christopher & Joy at their beautiful wedding! We welcome Joy and her family into ours with open arms and hearts! So, very happy for the both of you and your future together...

Bethany, Alexa and Madelyn were able to be a part of the ceremony as flower girls and were honored to do so! The excitement had been building for weeks and they did a great job! It was a beautiful day and one we will all remember forever...I know that Mom & Dad were there with us in spirit and are also rejoicing in our happiness!

Once I have a few moments to sit down and edit more photos, I will add more!

June 2011 Dance Recital

Here is a few pictures from Wednesday nights dance recital, so proud of the girls and this group of kiddos as a whole, they ALL put in a lot of work and did a fantastic job!! They must have really enjoyed dancing this year since they are already asking about dancing again this fall! So glad that it was such a positive experience that they are gearing up for yet another season!!

The end of another year...

Yesterday we were able to celebrate Madi's Kindergarten Graduation! We are very proud of all her accomplishments this year! She has done an outstanding job and is excited to move up to 1st grade this fall!!

Today was Beth, Lexi and Madi's last day of school...I honestly couldn't have asked more of these girls this year! They started out the school year strong and were all doing fantastic but, that never wavered as the months passed by, the kept the pace and just keep pushing for excellence! They have not only met but, exceeded every expectation we possibly could have had for them!

We are looking forward to an awesome summer full!! I have attached a photo from Madi's graduation of her and Mrs. Jost (her kindergarten teacher) and one of the 3 girls today after their last day of school! I can't believe how much they have grown this past year!

It's been a long time...

Today seems like a good day to pick things back up on the blog, the school year is just about done and I'm again finding the time to update.


Today for most is simply Flag Day...a day that commemorates the adoption of the US flag, to others it means nothing and is just another day on the calendar but, to me it is the day we celebrated my parents anniversary and now as I look back at a picture of them I reflect on what they both meant to me! I would not be the daughter, friend, sister, wife or mother that I am without their never ending love and guidance through out the years. Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad! No matter how many years pass by our love and memories will never fade!

An update as to where we are now....

Evan just finished up his first year of pre-k in late May...He started off the year a little rocky but, has grown to LOVE school, his teachers and all his new friends! I'm very proud at how well he has adjusted and what he has learned this year! He just can't wait for school to start again this fall!
We are also rapidly approaching the end of the school year for Beth, Lexi and Madi...they have all done FANTASTIC!!! I couldn't have asked for more...they all have awesome grades, are helpful to their teachers and good role models to their friends. They have had a great year but, i'm sure are looking forward to summer break just as much as I am. Will be so nice to have all the kids home and together again each day for the summer!
Their dance recital is also coming up here at the end of the month, I know both Dennis and I are really looking forward to watching them preform and seeing what they have learned though out the year.
And for those that don't know we are expecting a new addition to our family!! We have a little baby BOY who is due in late September. Dennis, myself and all of the kiddos are extremely happy and excited...can't wait to meet our newest addition!!
